No worries at all! Our cat room is completely separated and fully soundproofed from the dog area to ensure a calm, stress-free environment for your feline friends.
We understand that cats need their own peaceful space, so we've designed our facility to give them the comfort and privacy they deserve—away from the sights, sounds, and smells of dogs.
Does My Cat Stay in Their Suite All Day?
Not at all! While each cat has their own cozy private suite, they won't be spending all their time there. Our feline guests take turns to enjoy a larger, shared play area where they can move around freely and satisfy their curiosity
During their out-of-suite time, our team gives them plenty of attention, playtime, and affection—so they get both the comfort of their own space and the enrichment of social interaction in a safe, calm environment.
24/7 Peace of Mind - CCTV Access & Daily Updates
We understand how important it is to stay connected with your pet while you're away. That’s why we provide daily updates via WhatsApp — including photos, videos, and notes about your dog’s activities and well-being.
For added reassurance, we also offer CCTV access (Executive & VIP Suites) from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, so you can check in on your cat during the evening and overnight hours. Whether you’re traveling or just missing your furry friend, you’ll have peace of mind knowing they’re safe and happy.
